Chocolate Chia Supreme Milkshake
1 handful of raw cashews
3-4 pitted medjool dates
2 pinches of celtic salt
500 mls of water (or more to desired consistency)
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Blend water, cashews, dates, and salt until a milky consistency is achieved. Add frozen banana, cacao powder and chia seeds and blend until smooth.
