Fast Cucumber Salad
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (about 2 cucumbers)
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1 small onion)
2 teaspoons agave syrup or maple syrup
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and toss to mix well.
Set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
