Marinated Mushrooms
8 large mushrooms
1/4 cup Shoyu Sauce or Braggs
1/4 cup Olive Oil (pref lemon flavoured)
1 clove garlic
Handful of chopped up herb, oregano, basil or coriander
1. Cut mushrooms into quarters
2. Mix all ingredients except mushroom in a bowl to create the marinade.
3. Add mushrooms and cover thoroughly in the marinade.
4. Put bowl in fridge overnight.
