Cheesy Kale Chips
1 yellow capsicum
100grams cashew nuts, finely ground
Pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1/2 lemon juiced
1 bunch of curly kale
1. Blend all the ingredients except Kale in a blender. (This makes a nice sauce on it’s own.)
2. Tear the Kale into palm size or smaller pieces. Don’t use the stem.
3. Combine the Kale and sauce in a bowl, massaging the sauce over the Kale until it is covered.
4. Place the Kale in a dehydrator until they are crisp. This usually takes 6-12 hours.
